"My back is doing REALLY well. I do the exercises twice a day. My back was still in pain, but then a couple of nights ago I went to sleep, and decided to lay on my back the whole night, instead of moving around. The next day I woke up, and the pain was almost gone! There's still a bit of irritation, but I can do everything (including lifting my laundry!) just fine now. I'm not stressing it too much, in fear of the pain's return... but thanks to you, I feel SO MUCH BETTER right now!
