Therapy was the best medicine. Pain levels were 8-9/10 when I saw the doctor. After two weeks of PT pain was down to 2/10. Therapy actually unpinched the nerve that made walking, standing, and sitting unbearable.

When I first started therapy, I was a wreck physically. My body and back were doing things that seemed so unreal. Over time, Mike was able to discover the cause and treated me, reducing my pain and allowing me to be more flexible. Life is different, however, the keys and information taught to me by Mike will help me as I continue to heal.

"My back is doing REALLY well. I do the exercises twice a day. My back was still in pain, but then a couple of nights ago I went to sleep, and decided to lay on my back the whole night, instead of moving around. The next day I woke up, and the pain was almost gone! There's still a bit of irritation, but I can do everything (including lifting my laundry!) just fine now.
