 Jason Hazelett earned his Masters of Physical Therapy from Andrews University in 1998. He has extensive experience in orthopedic rehabilitation and is fluent in Spanish. Jason has provided physical therapy services in the Fort Wayne area for over 9 years. An avid health and fitness proponent, Jason gives his patients a well-rounded approach to physical wellness.
